Ted Heyck began his theater career in his hometown of Houston, at the Alley Theatre under the direction of Nina Vance. He studied at Brown University, the HB Studio in New York, and the Drama Centre in London, and on his return to the U.S. appeared in numerous TV shows, commercials, and plays, including multiple productions of Look Back in Anger (as both Cliff and Jimmy), Cat on a Hot Tin Roof (Big Daddy), Desire under the Elms (Eben), The Caretaker (Mick), The Importance of Being Earnest (Lane), Botticelli (Wayne) , Sunset Boulevard (Jonesy) at the Hollywood Bowl and the recurring role of Judge Heyck, on CSI: Las Vegas. After spending many years practicing law as a trial attorney, first as an Assistant District Attorney in New York and then as a Deputy City Attorney in Los Angeles, he has returned to one of the loves of his life---Theater.
