Carol Anne began acting on TV and in films when she was 4 and a half years old. Over the years she got to work with such stars as Rita Hayworth, Robert Taylor, Chad Everett, Clint Eastwood , Shelley Berman, Kurt Russell and Leslie Neilsen.
After working as an actor steadily in childhood, as an older teen Carol Anne sought out other pursuits. Oddly, her career didn’t wait around... But she did return in her 20’s to star on the Saturday morning kid show, Wonderbug. That didn’t exactly revive her career—and so she took time off again to pursue an education and simply live her life. Carol Anne started acting again by doing theater during college, and fell in love with performing live in over 30 productions both there and at various Equity waiver theaters around town.
Carol Anne is a long-standing member of SAG, AFTRA, and AEA, a member of WIT (Women in Theatre) and editor of their newsletter, and a playwright and member of ALAP (Alliance of Los Angeles Playwrights). With an MA in Linguistics, which she uses primarily as a prop these days, Carol Anne tutors for her 'day job'. Carol Anne is delighted to be a member of Theatre Unleashed!
